As leading experts in aviation risk and safety management, we’ve helped MROs embed best practice safety management methodology BowTie into their daily operations. We do this through a mix of consulting and training. Following a collaborative assessment of what’s needed, we design and provide bespoke training packages including ‘train the trainer’ programmes and tailored briefings to senior ranks. Then we provide the follow-on support as needed to ensure the project moves ahead in the right direction from the start.
Our clients include the Boeing defence UK and HAECO (MRO to Cathay Pacific).
What we do:
“Across Safety delivered both ‘basic bowtie’ and ‘train the trainer’ training for HAECO Hong Kong. The training, which included workshops and interactive group sessions, was very well structured and delivered to a high standard.
