initial and continuing airworthiness of eVTOL aircraft as well as the laying down rules for Vertiports and U-Space (or UTM) airspace. Known as a Notice of Proposed Amendment (specifically NPA 2022-06), this represent a world’s first in rulemaking for eVTOL use in cities and will result in major amendments to Part 21 ‘airworthiness’ requirements, opening the door to vehicle certification.
